The
Exterior.
The
home is situated on a large and private lot. From the
street the house has
great curb appeal with
mature cedars and terraced landscaping with lots of perennial
flowers all summer long. The cedars give lots of privacy
from the street and add beauty to the yard. Another of
Kenley’s amazing touches is all of the custom concrete
work around the house. The driveway is a cobblestone
done with stamped concrete, and is highlighted with a
different
custom concrete all the way to the front door. There
is also his custom concrete work on the back patio area.
The
home has a new roof (3 years old), and house has been
painted recently as well on the exterior. The house has
lots of
parking with a 2 car garage and space for four cars in
the driveway and lots of street parking as well. The
back and side yards are fully fenced with a 6 ft privacy
fence
with concrete foundation making it the perfect backyard
for pets (dogs) and/or kids. It has nice landscaping
with mature evergreens giving privacy, but not shading
the house
from sun. There are two awesome apple trees, a large
fruiting cherry, 3 types of raspberries and lots of flowering
perennials
(daisies, poppies, columbines, crocuses, and more). The
side yard makes for a perfect dog run area with an entrance
into the sunroom. The other side yard is perfect for
